As high as possible, near a window and facing the nearest transmitter. Keep it away from thick walls and metal furniture.

Q: Some channels are missing, what can I do?

Move the antenna a few centimetres, then run the TV's automatic channel search again. If the picture still freezes, the signal is too weak in that spot.

Q: Do I need an extra cable?

The antenna connects to the aerial socket of the TV or receiver with a coaxial cable. If the TV is far from the window, a coaxial extension lets you place the antenna where reception is best.
