General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between any user of the Gigabit.ma website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, and the company Rocket Web, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”. These conditions apply to all sales of products carried out by the Seller.
2. Products
The products offered for sale on Gigabit.ma are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. In case of any doubt regarding a product, the Customer may contact our customer service.
3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams and include the applicable VAT on the day of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
4. Orders
The ordering process includes product selection, cart review, provision of delivery details, selection of the payment method, and order validation. Order validation constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering. Gigabit.ma uses secure payment methods. The order will only be shipped after payment has been received and validated.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the destination. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of any issue, the Customer may contact our customer service, which will inform them of the procedure to follow.
9. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of the products sold.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the website.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing such an agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the Seller’s registered office, Rocket Web.
