A countertop electric oven bakes, grills and reheats without gas, in a studio, a kitchen without a built-in oven or as a backup.
Capacity
- 9 to 10 L: the Venezia JB10S (10 L, 1000 W) and the Venezia 9 L suit toast, small gratins and reheating for one or two people.
- 65 L: the large Venezia 65 L takes a family dish or a whole chicken, like a conventional oven.
What to check
- Space: leave room around the oven, the sides get hot.
- The socket: a large oven draws a lot of power, plug it alone into a wall socket rather than an overloaded power strip.
